氧化诱导时间竞博电竞下载是在程序控制温度下,测定物质氧化诱导时间的专业设备,是测定管材氧化诱导期的专业仪器。可以自动计记录管材、材料在氮气气氛中以恒定速度加热式样及参比物,当达到指定温度时,气氛切换为相同流速的氧气。之后样品在该温度下恒温,直到热曲线上显示有氧化反应发生。从氧气流开始流入的时刻,到发生氧化反应的时间间隔,既为氧化诱导期。仪器可以自动记录氧化诱导期温度、时间曲线,还可测量物质与参比物之间的温度差与温度关系。自动记录描述样品与参比物之间的温度(△T)随温度或时间的变化关系。还可以检测相转变,熔化,结晶结构的转变,沸腾,升华,蒸发,脱氢反应,断裂或分解反应,氧化或还原反应,晶格结构的破坏和其他化学反应。

氧化诱导时间(OIT)是测定样品在高温(200摄氏度)氧气条件下开始发生自动催化氧化反应的时间,是评价材料在成型加工、储存、焊接和使用中耐热降解能力的指标。

氧化诱导期(简称OIT)方法是一种采用差热分析法(DTA)以塑料分子链断裂时的放热反映为依据,测试塑料在高温氧气中加速老化程度的方法。

其原理是:将塑料式样与惰性参比物(如氧化铝),使其在一定温度下用氧气迅速置换式样室内地惰性气体(如氮气)。测试由于式样氧化而引起的DTA曲线的变化,并获得氧化诱导期(时间)OIT(min),以评定塑料的防热老化性能。

仪器符合G B /T 19466.3 /ISO 11357-3 第6部分氧化诱导期。氧化诱导时间(等温OIT)和氧化诱导温度(动态OIT)的测定。

Product introduction:

The oxidation induction time tester is a professional equipment for measuring the oxidation induction time of substances under the program control temperature, and it is also a professional instrument for measuring the oxidation induction period of pipes. Product application:

The oxidation induction time (OIT) is the time when the sample starts to take place the autocatalytic oxidation reaction under the condition of high temperature (200 ℃) oxygen. It is the index to evaluate the heat-resistant degradation ability of the material in the process of forming, storage, welding and use.

The oxidation induction period (OIT) method is a method to test the degree of accelerated aging of plastics in high temperature oxygen based on the exothermic reaction of plastic molecular chain breaking by DTA.

The principle is: the plastic style and inert reference material (such as alumina) are used to rapidly replace the indoor inert gas (such as nitrogen) with oxygen at a certain temperature. The change of DTA curve caused by oxidation of pattern was tested, and OIT (min) was obtained to evaluate the thermal aging resistance of plastics.
